Two-person are in critical condition after armed robbers attacked them at Gomoa Ojobi in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

The robbers attacked two filling station attendants who work at Siigo Filling Station between Gomoa Ojobi and Gomoa Anapansu all in the same  District.

The victims were, Micheal Entsie a 21-year-old man and Siita Jibril also 30 years.

Speaking to Central Regional Soireenews correspondent, Abusuapanyin Kojo Ahinful, the victims revealed that the incidents happened at 12:30 Am Thursday midnight.

According to them, they were in their room when the robbers came knocking on their door. They narrated that it sounded like one of their bosses, only to found out two men with guns asking them for money.

They explained that the robbers wore masked and asked for the key of where they keep their money but were told they didn't have it with them.

 The robbers then fired a warning shot which in the process got one of them injured before taking away an undisclosed amount and their mobile phones. They were then tied with a robe to rest on the floor.

They left when they see the Police Patrol Team proceeded to the scene.

The victims are receiving treatment at the Hope Christian Hospital at Gomoa Fetteh Hope of Christian Hospital with the help of the Gomoa Ojobi Police Patrol Team.

Investigations have begun on the matter.
