Celestine Donkor has hit back at Andy Dosty salvo for salvo.

The gospel artiste declared that her management does anything and everything in its power to promote her songs and Andy Dosty would have no idea what it has or has not done.

She said this in retaliation to Andy Dosty's claim that her latest track "Thank You" is not being played because she has not paid DJ's and presenters to play her song.

Andy Dosty, in an interview with Caleb Nii Boye on Star FM, stated that Celestine Donkor has not paid payola on the songs.

The artiste has now hit back with venom on Onua 95.1 FM’s entertainment talk show, Anigye Mmre.

According to her, she finds it damning that someone like Andy Dosty would say she does not pay radio presenters and Disc Jockeys (DJs) to promote her music.

In her words, she possesses a hardworking team that handles her brand and that the team is good enough to do all that is required to make her music sell.

Andy Dosty is not part of my team, Celestine Donkor’s brand is one of the brands in Ghana that has a solid management team,” she said.

“The calibre of people in my management team he [Andy Dosty] is not even part of them, so for him say I don’t pay it’s an insult,” she added.

Celestine Donkor had taken to rant on Facebook earlier that her new track was not being played on Christian channels because she featured many secular artistes.

"Hmm... It surprises me that at such age and times we are in, some people still live with such primitive way of thinking. This is really sad and a disappointment for the purpose of the gospel."

"WELL, I WANT TO USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TELL THE WORLD THAT MY GOSPEL MUSIC IS NOT FOR “SELF ACCLAIMED RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE,” IT IS FOR ALL WHO NEED THE MESSAGE OF THE GOSPEL TO BLESS THEIR LIVES."

"For those who think they are in the position to judge others, I guess one of these days, God has to get up from his throne so you can go and sit on it and judge since you know how to judge better.. right.?" she said.
