Alarm Blows! Ashie Moore's  150,000 fraudulent  cheques pops up

The former Member of Parliament (MP) for Adenta Constituency in the Greater Accra Region, Mr Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore, who is contest for the Greater Accra Regional Chairmanship of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been exposed for bribing the delegates to vote for him.

According to information available to Soireenews.com, it is few hours to the Greater Accra regional delegates conference of the NDC, and some delegates have open up about some post dated cheques being issued to them in return for votes.

It has emerged that one of the aspirant Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore together with Ada member of parliament, Madam Comfort Doyoe, who is said to be having an affair with Ashie Moore are going around issuing various cheques amounting to 150,000 cedis to constituencies to vote and cash the cheque after the elections. 

It all fairness, this is the modus operandi of Ashie Moore. As a matter of fact, he pulled out similar stunt in his last outing at Teshie, when he attempted to contest the parliamentary seat. 

As it were, these cheques are dud ones that would certainly be dishonoured by the banks. 

In actual fact, this is not the first time Ashie Moore has been in news for fraudulent activities.

 It would be recalled that after serving a jail time in Belgium for child trafficking, he return to Ghana and engaged in a series of fraud related activities at National Service Secretariat until he was chased out.

 He then managed to wrestle the NDC Adenta nomination and represented the party in parliament for one term and lost  out at the primaries on his second attempt. 

Ashie has always been a 'bad boy' of NDC politics and we wait to see how this his latest episode plays out.
