Akuapem Poloo to lose her Child to Ghanaian Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection?

Ghana’s Ministry for Gender, Children and Social Protection has finally issued a statement with regards to the viral photos of actress, Akuapem Poloo, and her son.

The Ministry condemned the actions of Akuapem Poloo this morning through a statement signed by the Minister, Hon. Cynthia Morrison and promised to look into the matter and deal with Akuapem Poloo according to the law.

Speculations have started to multiply that she might lose her son as the punishment for her exposing him to nudity or "acts of pornography", but these speculations are unfounded. According to the law anyone who commits such crimes is;

liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than five thousand penalty units or a term of imprisonment of not more than ten years or to both.

There is no danger whatsoever of Akuapem Poloo losing her son to the authorities although the Ministry advised the public to detest from sharing the image as it is also considered an offense.

This follows with the continued backlash that the actress has been receiving after her uncultured act on the media scene.
