Ahafo NDC Regional Executives pay courtesy call on Regional Minister

The Ahafo Regional Minister, Honourable George Boakye has advised all political party followers in the region to live an exemplary life by not interfering in his work.

The Ahafo Regional Executive Committee Members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have paid a courtesy call on the Region Minister, Honourable George Boakye at his office.

The Minister expressed great joy to the Executive members for responding to his invitation.

He, however, explained his vision of ensuring peace, unity and massive job creation in the Region.

He further stated that he was going to ensure that the police, as well as all other security agencies in the Region, will work without any interference from his office, therefore, he advised that all political parties and other stakeholders should advise themselves as well as their followers accordingly.

Honourable George Boakye emphasized that peace and unity were the only ways with which the Region will develop to the level "where we all wish for ourselves."

The NDC's Regional Executives led by Chairman Yaw Okyere, on behalf of his members was thankful to the Minister for such a strategic invitation.

He praised the Minister's exceptional leadership skills and his vision for peace, unity and massive development for the Ahafo Region.

Chairman Yaw Okyere, the NDC's Ahafo Regional Chairman pledged the support of his party for peace and unity in the Region.

And that his leadership will work hand in hand with the Minister and all other stakeholders in order to ensure peace in the Ahafo Region. 

Honourable George Boakye emphasized that he will make arrangements to meet the leadership of all political parties in the Region to dialogue on the ways to find lasting peace.
