Ghanaian comedienne cum actress, Madame Esi Forson, popularly known as 'Mizz Esi' has tagged Afia Schwarzenegger as an ordinary badmouth unfit for the comedy industry.

According to her, Afia Schwarzenegger is just a drama queen and cannot be compared to herself because she has been solely responsible for the revival of Ghanaian comedy.

She further claimed that people only started to pay attention to Ghanaian comedy when she came into the scene. She made her comments while being interviewed on the Late Nite Celebrity Show on eTV Ghana with Foster Romanus.

“I’ve put some fire in there. I took them to a different level because at first, it was kind of one way. A lot of you were speaking English and Twi so I came in a unique way with the Fante, and that regenerated the interest in the whole thing”, she claimed.

She asked Afia Schwarzenegger to stop referring to herself as Ghana’s undisputed queen of comedy, saying, “Afia  Schwarzenegger is not a comedian. She’s just a drama queen. I don’t see what she does as comedy, she just insults people directly with the aim that people will see that and laugh but that’s not a comedy. That’s why I don’t see her as a comedian”.

Afia Schwarzenegger was quick to reply her with an Instagram video of her doing stand up comedy, she captioned it " Class, swag, Talent, and style…ofui you think this is mankesim beach…anaa sekondi beach ..mtcheewwwwww Foolish girl!!!Make money bitches or come for tutorials. Registration fee $10k Let’s throw back to 2015 #queenofcomedygh????”

Mizz Esi then retorted with her own Instagram post, she posted:
