The Management of the Asante Kotoko football Club has extended a congratulatory message to the Real Tamale United (RTU) for their promotion into the Ghana Premier League.
The pride of the North (RTU) was placed first in the 202/21 Ghana Division One Zone One League over the weekends at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium after beating Unity FC.
In a statement sighted by Soireenews from the Camp of the Asante Kotoko, the Administrative and Operations Manager, Mr Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi welcomed the club, stating that they were worth the achievement.
"Our greatest pleasure is to see you victorious over all the hurdles in the Premier League after seeing all your success and all your struggles behind the curtain".
He said the Asante Kotoko is more than happy for their promotion voicing that "As worthy partners, we are more than happy to collaborate with you in a positive manner towards the development of Ghana football".
"Accept once again our heartfelt congratulations and the acknowledgement of the camaraderie as we all celebrate this grand success of yours". He added.
