A woman and her daughter  confirmed dead in a gory accident

A woman and her daughter have been confirmed dead on Sunday evening 12th, March,2023,around 8:30pm-9:00pm in a gory accident at Potsin junction in the Gomoa East District in the Central Region .

A Ford vehicle with registration number GR -7225-09 with 19 passengers including the driver has loaded from Accra-Kanashie to Assin Fosu  has involve in accident causing one woman and her daughter dead.

According to one passenger who was in the car during the incidence narrated to Fresh Fm Reporter , AMA AMOAH NKRUMAH that , the Ford  loaded from  Kanashie to Assin Fosu but due the reckless driving of the driver lost control when he saw the woman and her daughter so he tried but couldn’t have any control rather than to knock the woman and her daughter.

The police ruched to the scene and took the deceased to Winneba Hospital for mortuary.

According to an eye witness, the woman is a native of Gomoa Potsin . They are twins and born to a father called Kwaku Mframa .

 

The deceased by name Kakra traveled to Mampong so she was crossing the road to her house as soon as she arrived and so unfortunately for her , she was knocked down by a car together with her 3 year daughter .

The eye witness further stressed that , the rate at which they are observing accidents is too high so they appeal to the DCE and other government officials to come to their aid and fix spread rump for them by so doing, the drivers will slow down and the rate at which they are observing accidents scene will come to an end.
