MTN's Internet Fail: Thousands Stranded in Ghana

Subscribers of MTN Ghana Limited, a leading mobile telecommunications company, are boiling with anger over the company's failure to address its horrible internet network service in Accra and other parts of the country.

Credible information available to Soireenews.com indicates that since Monday, September 2, 2024, thousands of customers who had lost their MTN SIM cards and visited various MTN offices to have them replaced were stranded and not attended to.

The customers were left stranded because there was no internet network service for MTN staff to render the services of replacing the SIM cards.

This has caused inconvenience and disruption to customers' daily activities, fueling anger towards the telecom giant.

Some of the distraught customers at Circle Industrial Area, Abeka Lapaz, Ashaima, Tema, Mallam, and Darkuman Junction branches expressed their discontent, citing the company's inability to address the issue promptly.

The situation has sparked outrage among customers, who are demanding prompt action from MTN to address the issue.

With no resolution in sight, customers are growing increasingly frustrated, and the situation may escalate further if MTN fails to act quickly.
