Police in the Ashanti Region have apprehended three suspected armed robbers over a robbery incident at the Alabar market in Kumasi Friday, October 30.
The armed robbers reportedly stormed the market in broad daylight, causing traders to run helter-skelter.
One person was shot dead with three others wounded.
The deceased has been identified as Anwar Hussain.

A viral video on social media captured seven men on three motorbikes at the market.
One of the suspects fired shot among the traders before they fled the scene on their motorbikes.
The Alabar market is the biggest black market in the Ashanti Region, the equivalent of Tudu in the Greater Accra Region.
