2023 Fancy Dress Festival Has Slated For January
According to Mr Lazio, RABI-KOT and the elders of Winneba have come into agreement to promote the Winneba Masquerade Festival to sell it across the country and outside the country in partnership with some media houses across the country

The Organizers of 2023 Fancy Dress or Winneba Masquerade Festival popular known as Kaakaamotobi which is celebrated annually to revitalize or reenergize individual is scheduled to take place on the 2nd of January 2023.
According to Mr Lazio, RABI-KOT and the elders of Winneba have come into agreement to promote the Winneba Masquerade Festival to sell it across the country and outside the country in partnership with some media houses across the country.
He said, there are so many programs on board which is going to sell Ghana to the outside world and promise this year's Masquerade Festival is going to be massive and urges all Ghanaians to come on board to celebrate Winneba Fancy Dress Festival.
