You have to be careful what You Say" - Xhaka CAUTIONS Evra on Arsenal's CRITICISM

Grant Xhaka has responded to Patrice Evra’s criticism of Arsenal as ‘mentally weak’ when playing away from home.

The Gunners lost to Sheffield United at Bramall Lane last night was their fifth out of ten away games. The loss prevented them from occupying the third position of the league table driving the Blades into the 9th.

Mousset scored a 30-minute goal following an Oliver Norwood's deep cross which was headed back across goal by Jack O'Connell. Lys Mousset lost Granit Xhaka to tap home from underneath the bar to make the night an adorable one.

According to the former Manchester United left-back who was a guest on MNF after the game, Arsenal were his babies ten years and they are still although he proved not to be disrespectful.

"I used to call them 'my babies' 10 years ago, and they are still, when I look at them and think they are 'my babies'... that's the truth - I'm not being disrespectful when I say that.

"They look pretty, but they don't look like a winning team. They like playing good football, but I was so happy to play against them, because I knew I was going to win.

"Even when Robin van Persie came, and on the first day I shook his hand, and I said, 'welcome to a man's club'. At the beginning, he was upset, but after one month he said, 'you were completely right, Patrice'.

Xhaka has cautioned the former player to be careful of what to say describing their performance as a good one despite not taking their chances.

"We have to stop about mental [strength] bulls*** like this. For me, it is the same whether you play home or away - you have to win and show big character and a good game and not to always find the same excuse."

Addressing Evra's comments, he added: "A lot of people they speak too much. It is not the first time he has spoken something about us.

"I have a lot of respect for him as he was a great player but you have to be careful what you say. But it is not only him - a lot of people speak a lot of bulls*** about us. It's always the same.

"For me it is strange as they were in the same situation as us, they were players as well. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not always good but every week they speak bulls*** like this every week.

"I tell you the honest truth, I'm not interested in what people say and speak. We have to speak in our group to improve things and work hard and not listen to these people."

"I think we did a lot of good things and they had one chance, and it was a goal.

"But it's too easy, you shouldn't lose a game because of a corner or a free-kick. We have to improve but there were some good things as well. In the end if you want to be top four then you have to beat Sheffield," he said.
