Liverpool’s Jurgen Klopp has assured fans that they will still be felt at the empty stadium when ‘Project Restart” kicks off on Sunday, June 21, 2020.

The boss on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, relayed a message to fans to stay home and stay safe asserting that they “are still the 80 and 90 percent of the petrol in our tanks.”

Liverpool are 25 points atop the league having lost against Watford and drawn at Old Trafford, the whole season.

The Reds need to win two games and be crowned, as English Champions. 

They will recommence their campaign in a Merseyside derby behind closed doors.

According to Klopp, although the atmosphere will never be the same without the Kop choir yet it is needful for fans to observe the laid down protocols.

He assured that “there will be a moment when we all, the whole 300, 400 million choirs can sing it and that’s the moment we are all waiting for. But until then we still play football and I said in the beginning, it will be completely different but it’s still football and it’s still for you. Football is back. It would be obviously for some reasons completely different but you can still make it really really special. A lot of things we already said in the last weeks, a lot of things we talked about in the last two weeks, let's go a little bit back a few months.
