The United Nations allied International Human Rights Observer (IHRO) Ghana Chapter has reached out to the African Court on Human and People’s Rights in The Hague to bring George Lutterodt to account for his "incomprehensible" comments on rape.

IHRO, through their press release also called on the National Media Commission, the Ghana Psychological Council, and several other stakeholders to punish the controversial Counselor by placing a ban on him to stop him from appearing on any local or international media house.

According to the IHRO, in a letter signed by  Executive Secretary to the Country Director, Dr. Steven Blessing Ackah on behalf of the Country Director, Arch. Prof Eric Ofori-Atta, the body has received several complaints against the Counselor and it has now refused to overlook his most recent dangerous comment made on the sensitive issue of rape.

The IHRO now implores the contacted organizations to take due measures to ensure that George Lutterodt does not continue to make such comments.
