Teniola Apata popularly known as Teni has acquired a new mansion in Lagos, Nigeria, showing off the property in a video on her Instagram page. 

Teni The Entertainer is of the biggest singers in terms of pure talent in Nigeria as the moment as she now joins the elite lists of entertainers with huge houses in the country, as she is now a "Landlady" of a sprawling mansion. 

The Nigerian singer and songwriter  took to her Instagram page on Thursday, March 12, 2020 to share the video of the property as she was visibly elated about her new achievement. She captioned the video: "Latest Landlord / LandLady in town!! Thanks to my good friend @joetoniruest for being the best real estate guy! Making my life easy!"

Teni The Entertainer is the younger sister of singer Niniola, gaining her own prominence after signing with Dr. dollar Entertainment in 2017. She made her breakthrough after releasing the hit singles "Askamya", "Case" and "Uyo Melo". "Askamaya" was ranked 15th on the MTV-Base's year end list of Top 20 Hottest Naija Tracks of 2018.

Teni has a number of awards to her name including the Rookie of the Year award at the 2018 Headies Awards, and Most Promising Act to Watch at the 2018 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. She also won Best New Artist at the 2018 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival.
