Self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale has re-ignited heated music rivalry with Sarkodie, describing the rapper as hypocritical and jealous.

The popular dancehall act, says Sarkodie is jealous of his collaboration with Beyoncé and is trying to overshadow his celebrated music feature with failed PR antics.

This comes off the back of sound engineer, Posigee making a revelation in an interview with entertainment blogger, Kobby Kyei that, Sarkodie has collaborated with an artist bigger than Jay –Z.

Shatta Wale took to twitter last weekend to lash out at Sarkodie for bragging about a supposed “massive collaboration” yet to happen. He alleged that Sarkodie paid for the interview to hype the said music feature.

“When I featured on Beyoncé’s song, I didn’t ask my boys to go around saying I have featured somebody bigger than Rihanna. I kept it coded (secret). Sarkodie… learn how to celebrate one’s success”

Shatta Wale added that he has “a standard collaboration with the biggest female artiste but [Sarkodie] doesn’t have any...” making him the better of the two.

He made a list of popular international features he has so far compared to Sarkodie to back his claim. The list included; Vybz Kartel, Alkaline, Beyoncé and Gappy Ranks. He jeered that, Sarkodie has one popular international feature with Acehood making him a “king” only in Tema- Ghana.

Some fans of the “Saara” hitmaker have said that, Shatta Wale’s recent attacks on Sarkodie is just to generate attention for his feature with Vybz Kartel, hence, the rapper should ignore him.

Sarkodie is yet to reply Shatta Wale as the latter continually “blasts” the rapper on social media.
