Ghanaian rapper, Tinny, has shared his view on the personality of Ghanaian dancehall god, Shatta Wale.

The popular lyricist said that most people don't understand Shatta Wale because he is used to fighting and causing controversies all over the music industry. He explained that Shatta Wale has always been a fighter from his upcoming days till now, as he has always had to fight and persevere through various levels of hardships to get to the level where he is. 

According to him, people can only boast of Shatta Wale now because of the number of obstacles the dancehall prodigy has overcome all by himself.

Tinny said that he can also boast of Shatta Wale now because of their current relationship. He even admitted to almost engaging in a fistfight with a random Ghanaian over negative comments made against one of Shatta Wale's songs titled " I no get Problem".

"I was in my car at Adabraka when a guy approaches me (Tinny) and he said to see the guy bandana who sing I no dey get the problem, ‘’the guy fool paa he no gets problem wey he dey go take taxi’’ I got angry and fought with the guy for making that comment. Since then Shatta Wale and I have become good friends." He narrated while Speaking with Fiifi Pratt on afro joint show on kingdom plus.

 

 

Tinny revealed that those who are close to Shatta Wale know that deep down he is a good person and his kindness is almost second to none when it comes to celebrities in Ghana. 

"Many are times in those days’ people do not regard him (Shatta wale) they think he’s mad due to his aggressive of becoming a star, during that time I was with him and understand him."

"The little advice I gave him was enough, ‘’he wouldn’t be like Bob Marley and die before his time but he will be alive and become a champion’’ he concluded.
