Jadon Sancho has refused to comment on his Manchester United transfer.

The England player was in the Borussia Dortmund squad that played against SCR Altach in their first preseason game.

 

 

The 21-year old played 45 minutes when his side beat the Austrian team by 6-0 on Wednesday evening.

 "I love playing with this lot. It is a special bunch,” he said whiles speaking to Sky Germany after the game.

“We've got some special young players coming up. I am really happy to share the pitch with them and guide them. I was once in their shoes, playing with the seniors. I am happy for them."

Michael Zorc on Monday dismissed claims of the winger joining Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side. He assured that Sancho will be in the squad for next season.

"We plan on having Jadon Sancho in our team this season, the decision is final. I think that answers all our questions," Zorc said.

"Last summer, we adjusted Jadon's salary to match the development of his performances. So in context, we had already extended his contract until 2023 back then."
