Veteran Actress Beatrice Chinery a.k.a 'Miliky Micool' Has Died
Sources have confirmed that she passed away at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

It has just been confirmed that veteran Ghanaian actress, Beatrice Chinery, has passed away.
The actress who obtained her infamous name 'Miliky Micool' from popular TV sitcom Kejetia passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, 10th June, 2020 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.
The news was confirmed by Robert Chinery, the immediate brother of the actress. He disclosed that his sister had been ill for months but died today upon arrival at the hospital after her condition worsened.
According to him, she died of complications that resulted from her underlying high blood pressure condition. She was 54 when she passed away.
Beatrice Chinery rose to prominence when she appeared in a series of movies and sitcoms in Ghana after her debut in 1993 on David Dontoh’s Koziekozie.
She is survived by two children. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
