Pastor Grabbed For Threatening EC Officials, Tests Positive for Cannabis, Tramadol

Apostle Kwabena Owusu Agyei, the "man of God" who threatened havoc on the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa, has tested positive for the usage of Cannabis and tramadol.

According to a report by the Ghana Police, the Head Pastor of Hezekiah Apostolic Prayer Ministry tested positive for the illegal substances from the medical examination conducted on him.

The pastor was earlier seen in a viral video threatening death on Jean Mensa if she goes ahead with the planned new voters' register.

 

 

He also chided President Akufo-Addo aside other verbal attacks on members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the video which has been doing rounds on social media.

Apostle Kwabena Owusu was picked up by National Security on Tuesday morning [9 June 2020] in the midst of a live media interview.

He reportedly had cannabis in his possession as of the time of his arrest.

Owusu Adjei was slapped with three charges; threats of death, offensive conducive to the breach of peace and possession of narcotic drugs.

He was immediately arraigned and was remanded by an Accra Circuit Court to reappear on June 23, 2020.
