In court on Monday, October 12, 2020, per a report by Kasapa FM,  the prosecution led by Sargent Asamoah Richard told the Court that they are working on getting the other accomplice who is at large.

Dela Blagogy, counsel for Bishop Obinim corroborated the point of prosecution and said they know the whereabouts of two of those at large.

The case has been adjourned to November 16, 2020.
