A member of the Communication team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has criticized the recent exchanges between Tracy Boakye and Mzbel.

Peter Antwi Boasiako, who is a staunch activist for the NPP, stated that the two public figures should know that they are not setting good examples for the young people that look up to them.

He pointed this out while speaking on the WASSCE riots. He compared the two situations and insinuated that the young people of Ghana don't have proper role models therefore it's not their fault if they exhibit disruptive characteristics.

The two celebrities have been in the limelight over the past few weeks over petty feuds that should have been handled internally. Each one, in quest to shame the other, has embarrassed herself on multiple occasions leading to inappropriate videos filled with vulgar words and far fetched abuses.

Peter Antwi admitted that he is not proud of the two public figures, that if he had been planning to marry anyone of them before, he'd have called off the wedding based on the things that they both have displayed in recent times.

"You have young people like those writing the exams listening to some of these people; hence it’s unfortunate for such words to be coming from these ladies".

"if one of them was my fiancee, she will never come to my house again after such an act" he lamented.

The feud has drawn in powerful figures in Ghana, including politicians and celebrities who have been forced to take sides in the matter. Mzbel has however revealed that she will go to any lengths to disgrace Tracy Boakye, even if it means embarrassing herself on the social media scene.

She stated that even though people might think ill of her after her revelations, she doesn't mind as long as Tracy Boakye is worse off.

Tracy Boakye, who has just recently been suspended by FIPAG because of the fracas, is also showing no signs of stopping. The actress hit out Film Producers Association of Ghana stating that "she won't die" from their suspension as she still continues to declare open war on Mzbel.
