Frank Lampard got emotional following Sadio Mane’s awarded foul when Mateo Kovacic launched into the attacker from behind.

The Reds were crowned Premier League Champions on Wednesday night after a triumphant 5-3 win against Chelsea before they were presented with the trophy.

The Chelsea manager spoke disappointment at the decision and engaged in a heated argument with Jurgen Klopp on the touchline. He was in misery land when Trent Arnold Alexander whipped in an autographed free-kick to beat Kepa in post.

The manager spoke frustration after the game on the incident when interviewed by Sky Sports.

"For me, it wasn't a foul from Kovacic, and there were a lot of things that weren't going our way. But I've not got a problem with Jurgen Klopp. The way he's managed this team has been fantastic.

"Fair play to Liverpool Football Club, they've won the league, but also don't get too arrogant with it. That was my point, but it's done. In match play, you can get emotional and that was it."

Chelsea must win against Wolves on Sunday to keep them in the top four as a draw between Leicester and United will see the Blues finish outside the Champions League spot.
