American singer, Keri Hilson has been criticized after she said the Coronavirus has not increasingly affected Africa because the continent does not have 5G networks.

The singer stated that since experiments have shown the "dangers of 5G", and how the high level of electromagnetic radiation that accompanies it could be causing the rapid spread of the virus, Africa has not recording high levels of infections from the COVID-19 because the continent "has no 5G".

The 37 year old took to her Twitter page to lay her claims, She said:

People have been trying to warn us about 5G for YEARS. Petitions, organizations, studies…what we’re going through is the effects of radiation. 5G launched in CHINA. Nov 1, 2019. People dropped dead.

“Turn off 5G by disabling LTE!!!"

“Why do you think the virus is not happening in Africa like that? Not a 5G region. There may be a few bases there, but not as prevalent as other countries. It has nothing to do with melanin."

“And to be clear, I’m saying there have been lots of studies and experiments that point to the possibility that the dangerous levels of electromagnetic radiation (5G) could be causing the contagious virus.”

She has now come under fire from SA Twitter after sharing her theory, as Africans we're having none of her elaborate theory. With some outrightly calling out the American singer on her ignorance. Some of the replies are below;
