Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl says he does not want any of his players to leave St Mary's in the January window. 

Leeds United have had a third offer for striker, Che Adams rejected. According to BBC Radio, Leeds report the Whites have proposed a loan deal, with an option to buy for £20m if they are promoted from the Championship this season.

He has failed to score in 21 appearances for Saints since moving to St Mary's from Birmingham City for a fee of £15m last last summer.

With Danny Ings, Nathan Redmond and Shane Long all rocketing, the manager believes it is time to preserve what he as and build upon it to be effective.

"We need every player," said the Austrian. "I trust every player and I did it also in the moment where we haven't been that successful.

"We need the squad. I don't want to let anybody go."
