Ghana’s Health Minister Contracts Covid-19, Responding to Treatment

Ghana's Health Minister, Kwaku Agyeman Manu is reportedly recuperating at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) after contracting the coronavirus disease (Covid-19).

Reports from Joyonline have it that the Dormaa Central MP has been receiving treatment at the hospital for some time now.

The Minister who is said to be in a stable condition is said to have been admitted on Tuesday.

Mr Agyeman Manu according to sources had tested positive for some time but was only brought to the hospital this week.

Agyeman-Manu, according to the Health Ministry has taken some days off and has since not been seen at work.
