Ghana’s Covid-19 Cases Jump to 6,486

Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has increased by 217 to 6,486 as of May 22, 2020.

This is according to the Ghana Health Service (GHS) via its official website for covid-19 updates.

The recent update indicates that 53 more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of persons who have recovered from COVID-19 in Ghana at 1,951.

Death toll remain at 31.

Regional breakdown

The Greater Accra Region is still leading the chart with 4,699 cases, followed by the Ashanti and Central Regions with 988 and 287 cases respectively.
