Frank Lampard has refused to confirm Chelsea’s move for Declan Rice.

The West Ham midfielder has been heavily linked to the Blues ahead of next season as Lampard seeks to strengthen their defense.

The Hammers player is valued in the region of £45m but West Ham's unwillingness to sell according to The Sun might force them to increase the valuation of the player to £75m.

Should West Ham be relegated, Rice would join the Blues at a price Chelsea could easily afford.

Frank Lampard in his pre-match conference ahead of their visit to West Ham has refused to comment on the move for the 21- year old plus other speculated transfers ahead of next season.
