Ghanaian artiste, Fameye, has announced the name of the baby that he welcomed earlier this year. 

The upcoming musician, who recently paid respect to Okomfour Kwadee with a new Jam, excitedly took to all of his social media pages to upload the pictures of he and his baby boy.

In the uploads, Fameye could be seen carrying his son Arvid Fameyeh Jnr Asuah Nyame.

Arvid, Arved, Arnvid, or Arvydas is a male given name, most common in Scandinavia but also in Iran and Lithuania. In Scandinavia, it is derived from  Old Norse Arnviðr and means "forest of eagles" or 'eaglewood'.

Arvid is a royal male name that is composed of words with the meanings "king" and legend. In Old Persian Arvid is derived from Arya + veid means "Aryan knowledge"

He announced the message on Twitter with the caption: “Father bless me and my family Arvid my superstar you will be great” and on Instagram with the caption “Father bless me and my family @arvid_jnr_fameye my superstar you will be great @_ohemaaa_
