Dancehall/Reggae artiste, Samini has advised people to cease sharing their prayers publicly especially on their social media handles.

According to Samini, Prayer is an important activity that must be carried out between the worshipper and God and not something for public support.

Speaking on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM, he told Sammy Forson that, most people portray fake lifestyles on social media claiming to be virtuous just to receive honor and attention from people, but they forget its only God who gives the good prize.

Samini advised that, “God lives in us and not on social media, so if anything, deal with him personally, because its inapt for one to post spiritual things on social media, since God is spirit, hence, he alone awards not People.

"Don't tweet at God...You want me to think, you're a good person but I'm not the one that's supposed to be thinking that. It's not my business,"

"Do what you need to do for people. If the camera catches you fine but don't carry the people with you and after that insist on captions, just so that the people know this and this is what you did. That one alone right there you dey lie."
