 Ghanaian TV muse, Juliet Ibrahim has joined the camp that has negatively reacted to the lifting of the partial lockdown by the president of Ghana.

She distinctly expressed her displeasure about the government's decision by asking if the nation had met the six conditions that the World Health Organization (WHO) provided for a lockdown that has been placed to be lifted. 

Juliet Ibrahim posed her question on her Twitter page, shortly after President Akufo-Addo on Sunday, April 19, 2020, lifted the partial lockdown imposed in Accra and Kumasi to help fight the deadly coronavirus.

She inquired as to if Ghana had considered the six conditions the WHO wants countries to meet before lifting the restrictions during the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The actress appeared to question the government's initiative to end the lockdown, expressing her displeasure with a closely guarded jab at the government. She asked the government to assure Ghanaian citizens that the conditions had been met before pressing forward.

"The question is... do we meet all six conditions...#Ghana," She said.

 

 

WHO has outlined certain conditions, which should guide country who plan on easing their restrictions during this period of the coronavirus pandemic. Some of the conditions include the particular country should have the disease transmission under control, hotspots risks minimized in vulnerable places and the risk of importing new cases can be managed among others.
