Covid-19: Ghana’s Cases Now 7,881 with 2,841 Recoveries

Ghana’s COVID-19 case count has increased to 7,881 as of May 31, 2020
The latest update from the Ghana Health Service (GHS) indicates that 113 persons have tested positive for the disease, 24 hours after the previous update.
The GHS also revealed that 301 more people have recovered from the virus, increasing the recovery count to 2,841.
Another fatality has been recorded, bringing the covid-19 death toll to 36.
Five people are currently in critical condition with two of them put on ventilators.

The Ahafo region is currently the only region yet to record a COVID-19 case in Ghana.
