Busquets will not be a starter - Koeman reveals
The new Barcelona manager has already told Suarez he is not part of his plans.

Tuesday morning saw Ronald Koeman speak with Sergio Busquets about the midfielder's future at Barcelona.
The Dutch coach informed Luis Suarez, Samuel Umtiti, Ivan Rakitic, and Arturo Vidal that they are surplus to requirements on Monday, although he did notify Jordi Alba that he is in his plans.
The meeting between Koeman and Busquets took place at Barcelona's training ground and lasted approximately half an hour.

Koeman's idea is to have Busquets remain at the club, however, the 32-year-old's status as an undisputed starter will change next season as the plan is for Frenkie de Jong to play as the team's holding midfielder.
From now on, he will have to fight for a place in the team.
This is similar to what happened to Busquets with Ernesto Valverde, who opted to drop the midfielder in some games at the start of the 2019/20 season before Quique Setien once again made him an undisputed starter.
