Thomas Partey might be a Gunner next season if Atletico Madrid’s stance to sell the player remains.

According to the Daily Express, the Rojiblancos are willing to sell the midfielder to raise some funds ahead of next season.

Partey has long been linked with Arsenal for a while and the Premier League seems to be the probable destination for the Ghanaian having declared his love for Arteta’s side sometime.

The News outlet continued to report that, per Cadena COPE, a Spanish Radio Show report, Atletico is willing to cash in on the midfielder and if it means cutting down his price value, which is in the region of £45million.

Partey has recorded 15 goals and 12 assists in 175 appearances for the Spanish club and his move to Arsenal will improve Mikel Arteta’s defense judging from his strength and influence on games.

Arsenal have challenges with keeping Aubameyang and if Partey’s move could be successful, it could influence the Gabonese to stay with the assurance of improved squad for next season yet, they still will have to raise some funds due to the current impact of coronavirus on clubs financial budgets for the service of the 27-year old.
