Head pastor of Open Arms Ministries at North Suntreso, Apostle Kofi Nkansah Sarkodie has been arrested by the Kumasi Police Command for defaulting the directives of the President of the Republic of Ghana.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Sunday evening announced measures to curb the pandemic coronavirus, which included a ban on social gathering including churches.

 

 

“All public gatherings, including conferences, workshops, funerals, festivals, political rallies, sporting events and religious activities, such as services in churches and mosques, have been suspended for the next four (4) weeks,” the president spoke.

St. Sark popularly known by name seem troubled about the prohibition and thought it prudent to violate the laws of the nation by turning a blind eye at the situation.
